Philips Toaster Broken; Refund Denied Due to Missing Box



I just bought a Philips toaster from Trendyol, but when I first tried to use it, it was already broken. I was even more upset when I tried to get a refund but was told I couldn't because I had thrown away the original box. Even though we told them that we didn't notice the problem until we used the product and that we had just bought it three days ago, they said we couldn't return it without the box. After sending the item back, we were disappointed to find out that it came back to us in even worse shape than when we first got it. It's been a terrible time, and we feel like we've been treated badly. As customers, we expect to be treated better, especially when a product is broken. We just want our money back for this broken toaster that we bought from Trendyol.
