Philips Brr454/00 Facial Epilation Device Failed on First Use
On 25.08.2025, I purchased a Philips Brr454/00 Facial Epilation Device through Hepsiburada with order number TR12025000003935, but it did not work properly on the first use. At first, it removed a little, but during the second attempt, it did not perform any trimming at all. I wanted to return the product, but both Hepsiburada and Philips customer service rejected my return request. I then delivered the product to the Philips Authorized Service in Ankara, Volkan Elektronik. The service team claimed that the blades were broken and not covered under warranty, stating only the body and motor were included, and demanded a ₺400 fee without performing any repair under warranty. I paid the fee, and they told me the product would be repaired. I still have the payment receipt. The fact that the product malfunctioned on its very first use and that I was denied both a return and warranty support caused me serious inconvenience. I request that the blades also be considered under warranty and that my grievance be resolved.
