Philips Azur Iron Failed to Heat or Steam Properly - Left Me Regretting My Choice

I purchased the well-reviewed Philips Azur iron, anticipating satisfactory performance based on the feedback from others. Regrettably, my experience did not align with the positive reviews I had come across. The iron hardly gets warm, fails to produce steam effectively, and just doesn’t perform the fundamental task of ironing clothes. I really don’t get the hype—mine struggled to even iron a basic cotton shirt. It seemed more like a piece of decor than a practical appliance for everyday use. What truly frustrates me is that I relied on the brand name, believing it would guarantee quality. I truly regret selecting this model and can't help but question the purpose of its design. I really wish I had tried this out myself before relying on the reviews.
