Defective Philips SpeedPro Max XC8000 Series Vacuum and Poor Customer Service
I purchased a Philips SpeedPro Max XC8000 Series vacuum cleaner and have had numerous problems with it. The first issue was the button on the AL part falling off while I was pushing it. The pipe also cracked easily and was not replaced by Philips, despite being under warranty. The main head became jammed with hair, causing the propeller to malfunction. When I took it to the service center, they claimed it was my fault and refused to repair or replace it. This is a completely defective device, and Philips' customer service is unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. I am highly disappointed in the quality of the product and the lack of support from the company. Stay away from this product if you want a reliable vacuum cleaner.
