Skoda Kodiaq Suddenly Shifts To P While Driving

I am the owner of a Skoda Kodiaq 2025 Sportline and I have been facing a very serious safety issue. While driving, the gear suddenly and unexpectedly shifts to P on its own. This problem started shortly after I bought the vehicle and it has repeated around five times between March and September 2026 in Saudi Arabia. Each time this happens, it puts me and my family in a very dangerous situation, as an unexpected shift to P while moving can easily cause an accident. I contacted the authorized dealer/service by text message to report the problem, but I have not received any response so far. Due to the seriousness of this fault and the direct risk to my family’s safety, I no longer feel safe using this car. I request that Skoda either fully refunds the vehicle or replaces it with a safe, defect‑free car as soon as possible.
