Philips LatteGo 5500 Coffee Machine Brews Lukewarm Coffee

On November 1, 2024, I purchased a Philips LatteGo 5500 Series coffee machine from Vatan Bilgisayar. Despite being set to the highest temperature level, the machine consistently brews lukewarm coffee on the first cup. This issue has persisted since the day I purchased the product. I have tried every possible temperature setting, as well as resetting and cleaning the machine regularly, but nothing has resolved the problem.

When I contacted Philips customer service, I was told that I needed to bring the product to a service center. However, I don’t have a vehicle, so I am unable to transport the machine there myself. The product is still under warranty, and I currently reside in Istanbul.

I request that on-site service support be provided to resolve the issue or that the product be replaced if a repair cannot be performed. I kindly ask that my problem be handled as soon as possible.
