Serious Quality Concerns with Philip Morris Marlboro Touch Blue

As seen in the images I attached, the Philip Morris Marlboro Touch Blue cigarette broke apart exactly at the joining point during my second time smoking it, resulting in the condition shown. This significantly affected the smoking experience and raised concerns about the product's quality control. Additionally, there was a defect with the pack bearing the serial number shared in the image. I have previously encountered foreign objects like wooden pieces instead of tobacco inside the cigarette, which was both surprising and disappointing. I initially chose not to report it, thinking it was a rare mistake, but this recurring issue can no longer be ignored. I respectfully bring this to your attention and kindly request a response.
