Philip Morris Cigarettes Have Half-filled Tobacco
Recently, I've noticed that the last two cartons of Philip Morris cigarettes I bought have been quite disappointing. Each pack I opened contained cigarettes that seemed to have a minimal amount of tobacco inside. It feels as if I'm setting half of a piece of paper on fire. And I'm purchasing them from a large corporation like #Migros. Are you finding ways to save on tobacco? There's just tobacco at the tip, and the rest is nearly empty.

Your consumer advisory center called. I experienced the same issue with 2 cartons, but I was told that a package evaluation could be done. Therefore, I shared 2 packs of cigarettes and cigarette samples with the specified email address of the company. My wish is that your corporate company will produce a solution for this in a short time.
They exchanged cigarettes on a pack basis. However, I indicated twice that the cartons were faulty, and they acknowledged this, saying it was a production error. But sending the product on a pack basis was not appreciated.
