British American Tobacco Poor Quality
I'm really frustrated with this monopoly! I bought a sealed pack of 10 cigarettes from British American Tobacco, and unfortunately, the individual cigarettes inside were filled with small pieces of wood. Impressive work by the company in seamlessly incorporating these logs into every cigarette. I'm spending 50 ₺, but the quality is absolutely terrible. I've been a loyal consumer of British American Tobacco's tobacco products for quite some time now, but I must say that I've noticed a significant decline in the quality as of late. Please address this matter promptly.

Regarding your complaint, we believe that the piece defined as coarse cut is a vein that is part of the tobacco leaf structure. The carefully selected tobaccos from many regions of the world are cut with the most advanced technologies, and although some of the veins belonging to the tobacco plant can be sifted out during the process, a very small amount may be found in the cigarette stick.
