Marlboro Touch Blue Complaint about Wood Pieces in Cigarette Packs

I'm really frustrated with this monopoly! I bought a sealed pack of 10 cigarettes from British American Tobacco, and unfortunately, the individual cigarettes inside were filled with small pieces of wood. Impressive work by the company in seamlessly incorporating these logs into every cigarette. I'm spending 50 ₺, but the quality is absolutely terrible. I've been a loyal consumer of British American Tobacco's tobacco products for quite some time now, but I must say that I've noticed a significant decline in the quality as of late. Please address this matter promptly.
Dear Murat G., As BAT, which has adopted the principle of making a difference with 100% consumer satisfaction, your feedback is very valuable to us in improving our product and service quality. As BAT, we have documented the importance we give to quality and food safety with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management Systems. Our Customer Service team has started working with the relevant teams to turn your feedback into a thank you. Regarding your complaint, we believe that the piece defined as coarse cut is a vein that is part of the tobacco leaf structure. The carefully selected tobaccos from many regions of the world are cut with the most advanced technologies, and although some of the veins belonging to the tobacco plant can be sifted out during the process, a very small amount may be found in the cigarette stick. We closely follow all technological developments within the scope of our improvement efforts to offer you higher quality products. We will contact you about the issue as soon as possible. Best regards, Zeynep AŞAR BAT Quality Department Manager

I bought two packs of Marlboro roll tobacco because prices are going up, thinking it would be a good option, but I really regret that choice. It's surprising to see so many big, wood-like chunks in the tobacco. These pieces are about the size of a cigarette, which makes it really tough to roll them ...
