Kent D Range Blue Cigarette Gave Me Severe Throat Burn Due to Defect

On the night of September 16, 2025, at around 03:25, while smoking a pack of 20 Kent D Range Blue cigarettes I purchased from the kiosk at Kocaeli İzmit Arastapark Mall, I noticed a black band wrapped around one of the cigarettes. While smoking it, I experienced an unusual taste and a severe burning sensation in my throat. None of the other cigarettes in the pack had this issue, only that one. I have not yet contacted customer service or the seller. I paid by credit card. I request either a replacement product or a refund from the company, as well as an explanation of why this issue occurred.
