Parliament Cigarettes Contained Large Wood Piece in My Night Blue Pack
On 27/08/2025, I purchased a pack of Parliament Short Night Blue cigarettes and once again I found a piece of wood inside. I had experienced similar issues with this brand before, but this time the wood piece was really large, and a lighter wasn’t enough to light the cigarette. It feels like I would need to carry a blowtorch whenever I want to smoke a Parliament! The code on the package is 76B 6ZH H63 F73 TA31519323. Many people around me also face these kinds of problems, yet the company only issues statements instead of providing real solutions. I believe the brand is not showing the necessary care or quality expected for Turkish consumers. The purpose of my complaint is to make this behavior of the brand visible to both customers and authorities. I am not requesting a refund or exchange, only that this issue is acknowledged and seen.
