Hard Foreign Materials Inside Parliament Night Blue Cigarettes

I’ve been a Parliament Night Blue smoker for about 20 years. For the past five years, I’ve been finding 2–3 cigarettes in almost every pack that contain hard, wood-like foreign materials inside. This issue not only ruins the smoking experience but also raises serious health concerns.

Today, I purchased packs from Bol Bol Döner Özcan U* dealer at Önder Street No: 81, Gaziemir, Izmir, and from Sel Gas Station on Akçay Street, and once again encountered the same problem. I pay ₺100 per pack, and I can no longer accept this level of poor quality.

To resolve my complaint, I am requesting that five cartons of Parliament Night Blue cigarettes be sent to me as compensation. I urge that this long-standing issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
