I’ve Been Waiting 5 Months for Genotropin 12 mg Needle Tips

My daughter has been using Genotropin 12 mg for the past five months, and during this entire time, we have not received a single needle tip with our medication. We've had to go out of our way to buy them from pharmacies ourselves, even though they should be supplied along with the medication.
When I call the customer service line for support, they just brush me off with the same line: “Your doctor will guide you.” That’s not an acceptable response. We’re not asking for anything extra—just what should already be included for proper and safe use of this treatment.
Previously, when we were using Omnitrope 10 mg, the needle tips were delivered promptly—the day after each order. With Genotropin, the contrast in service quality is striking and extremely disappointing.
Pfizer, this is a serious issue. You are supplying a medication that cannot be used correctly without the appropriate needle tips, and then leaving families to figure it out on their own. Please start taking responsibility and ensure that Genotropin users receive complete and timely support—especially when it involves a child’s treatment.
