Peugeot Parts Delay After a July 17th Accident

I had an accident on July 17, 2023, and still, the replacement parts haven't arrived. I reported the situation to Peugeot headquarters. Every 15 days, I call to inquire about the status, and each time, they claim the parts are still in the procurement stage. Thankfully, my car is still operational; otherwise, I could have been in a much tougher situation. Unfortunately, due to communication issues during this process, our discussions have sometimes become tense. I hope they can expedite the spare parts supply soon; otherwise, the car might become unusable. I wish I could reconsider the day I decided to buy a Peugeot.
