Peugeot Türkiye Spare Parts Stock is Not Maintained/Inadequate

I have been a dedicated Peugeot customer for an extended period, both personally and as a fleet consumer for the company I work for. Over the past year, we purchased a substantial number of Peugeot vehicles, including 5 Peugeot 508s in October 2022 and 5 Peugeot 308s in November 2022. We were even considering buying 10 more vehicles in December-January if supply chain issues hadn't intervened, leading us to explore alternatives.
Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with the recent challenges we've faced, primarily related to the supply of spare parts and the disappointing experiences with Authorized Services. Despite their willingness to assist, the positive results we anticipate are often elusive.
As consumers, our expectation is to receive comprehensive and trouble-free after-sales service, especially after investing in your products. The strength and reach of an authorized service network are critical factors influencing our choice of a brand.
However, we have encountered significant delays in obtaining even the smallest Peugeot spare parts recently. To illustrate, when a plastic part of the right-side mirror needed replacement, it took over 1.5 months for the part to arrive. A collision resulted in a damaged bumper and a broken right rear stop lamp glass, requiring another month for replacement and repair.
The latest incident involved an engine failure, leaving me stranded. The service center indicated a fuel float malfunction, and while the part is available in the Izmir warehouse, various reasons, including the holiday season, might force us to endure a 2-3 week wait.
This raises a critical question: Why should customers choose a brand that struggles with or lacks sufficient spare parts stock? I urge you to address these issues promptly and improve the after-sales service experience to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
