Peugeot Sent Me Wrong Spare Parts Twice and Did Not Take Responsibility

Spare part supply at Peugeot takes a very long time, and on top of that, the parts often arrive incorrectly. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they put all the blame on the customer. I had to wait weeks for a simple part, only to receive the wrong one twice. They don’t answer phone calls and fail to provide clear information. Even when I visited the service center in person, I was met with vague responses and no real solution. Their attitude toward customers is careless and unqualified, and they show no willingness to approach problems constructively. It’s really frustrating to see such a well-known brand fall short on basic service expectations.
