Peugeot Mepa Authorized Service Fails to Address Post-Maintenance Issues

Hello. In January 2023, I purchased a Peugeot car from the authorized Peugeot Mepa service. I took my Peugeot, which I bought from an authorized Peugeot Mepa service in January 2023, to the service for a 15,000-km checkup and to have an automatic trunk opener put in. After that maintenance was done, neither the automatic trunk nor the Car Play, which had been working fine before, worked right. I took it to the service for this problem, but no one paid any attention to it. They didn't even hook up the car to figure out what was wrong. They only seemed to want to sell the car. I don't like this official service.
