Peugeot e3008 EV Malfunctions After Charging and Service Provides No Solution

We had a problem with charging our Peugeot E5008 brand new vehicle when it was 6 days old. We contacted the place we bought it from. They immediately made an appointment for 24.03.2025. We have met many times for replacement since we delivered our vehicle to the service. However, we could not get any results and they could not solve the problem regarding the repair. The 11 KW Charging system does not work in the vehicle. The battery range is 190 km. The service still could not find a solution. Check your vehicle, it definitely does not charge with 11 KW AC. We do not want you to be victimized later. We will wait 4 months for replacement and repair of this vehicle. Peugeot Turkey gave such information. No one says anything about what will happen to our 4-month loss and victimization.
