Peugeot Does Not Provide Replacement Vehicle Support!

My Peugeot 408 GT vehicle was put into service 1-1.5 months ago after being hit by a truck while parked in front of my house. The left mirror and fender of the vehicle were shattered, and there were scratches on its rim and left door, leaving me without a vehicle. Part orders were placed, and the car's rims were sent to be repaired. During this process, Aksigorta provided replacement vehicle support for 14 days. However, in the current process, they stated they cannot offer replacement vehicle support as we are only waiting for parts (I have a 30-day usage right). They claim the situation is related to the brand, and Peugeot is the entity responsible for resolving it and providing replacement vehicle support due to the parts being held in the Peugeot warehouse.
I contacted Peugeot headquarters and explained the situation, but on December 29, 2023, they provided negative feedback. They mentioned that replacement vehicle support is only provided for problems with mechanical parts and not for damaged vehicles. They stated that it is unclear when the parts for my vehicle will be released from the Peugeot warehouse. With all these uncertainties, I am left stranded because of Peugeot, unsure of how long I will be without a vehicle. I want to warn those considering buying a Peugeot; don't overlook the Peugeot brand. They have customer support that may leave you disappointed!
