Peugeot Customer Complaint: Water Leak in 3008, Unrealistic 2008-e Range, No Refund

I bought a couple of shiny new Peugeot 3008s and one snazzy electric 2008 model from the dealership. When I bought it, I realized that the 3008 model had a problem with water getting in when it rained. I reached out to the main office and set up a meeting to get the car checked out. Upon inspection, it was determined that the car was experiencing water intake. They said they'd fix the car and that the roof would have to be taken apart. I was informed that certain paperwork needed to be signed in order for these procedures to be properly documented in the system. But they made it clear that once I signed, I wouldn't be able to get a refund. I reported the situation to headquarters, but for the past two months, they have been consistently requesting repairs every 15 days and denying any possibility of a refund. It's been really annoying. Just wanted to mention that the electric 2008 model falls a bit short when it comes to highway travel. Without the air conditioning on, it can't quite make it 220 kilometers at speeds under 100 km/h. The claimed range for out-of-town driving is 406 km, while for city driving it is 565 km. However, I personally found that these claims did not hold true in my experience.
