BIGO Live Streaming Banned For One Year Due To “Privacy Content”

I am a Bigo Live user from Bangladesh and my account information is as follows: name Raihan Sheikh S***, BIGO ID VIP.FAMILY2***, phone number +8801304459***. On 23 August 2026 at around 21:19 my live streaming function was suddenly banned for 1 year with the reason shown as “Privacy Content” related to my front camera. At the time of the violation I was only using my front camera in a normal way and I did not share any content that I believe could violate your privacy rules. Afterwards I submitted an appeal through the application and the Safety Center, but my application was rejected and the restriction on my live function was confirmed without any clear explanation about what exactly I did wrong. Because I do not understand which content was considered a violation and I believe I did not intentionally break any rules, I find a 1‑year ban on my live streaming function very heavy and unfair. This situation affects my use of the application and my trust in the platform. I kindly request that you urgently recheck my account and the related records, remove the live function ban, and reopen my live streaming feature as soon as possible. If you still believe there is a violation, I also request a detailed written explanation so that I can understand the problem and avoid it in the future.
