Peugeot 3008 Paint Fading Issue Despite 10 Year Warranty
I own a red 2017 Peugeot 3008, and for about the past year I have been experiencing a serious paint fading and discoloration issue. Although the vehicle is less than 10 years old and should still be covered under the 10-year paint warranty, there is clearly visible fading and color variation on the roof, hood, and right rear fender.
I previously submitted a complaint about this issue last year, but I did not receive any response. As a careful owner who uses the vehicle regularly and keeps up with scheduled maintenance, experiencing this level of paint deterioration in such a relatively short time is not normal. I strongly believe this is due to a manufacturing or factory paint defect.
I request that Peugeot carry out a proper inspection of my vehicle, license plate 35 AEB 186, under the paint warranty and resolve the issue free of charge by repairing the affected areas, including the roof, hood, and right rear fender. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and ask that an authorized representative contact me as soon as possible.
There has been no progress on my request for inspection and repair under the paint warranty from Peugeot, I couldn't get in touch, and their approach was very poor.
I am experiencing color fading and staining issues with the paint on my 2017 Peugeot 3008. I believe it is covered under the 10-year paint warranty, but I still have not received any response. My grievance continues, and I have not been able to contact anyone.
