My Peugeot 2008 Has a Paint Peeling Issue and Still No Resolution

While my Peugeot 2008 vehicle was still under warranty, I encountered an issue with the paint peeling off about a month ago. I contacted the authorized Peugeot service center in Ümraniye, Istanbul regarding the problem. The service team identified it as a factory-related chronic issue, carried out the necessary inspection, and initiated a warranty claim. A follow-up record was also created with the central office. Despite all my inquiries, I have not received any detailed updates about the process, nor have I been able to reach an authorized representative. Although the issue has been confirmed as a factory defect and covered under warranty, I have been left waiting without a resolution. I am requesting that the problem be resolved clearly and promptly, and that I be properly informed.
