Peugeot 2008 Vehicle Exchange Or Refund Request
Since I purchased my Peugeot 2008 model, it has been encountering faults that are covered under warranty. It initially had an air conditioning problem that required 2-3 months to repair. This year, there were replacements for the motor mount and vehicle locking mechanism. Recently, it failed to shift into reverse, stranding us on the road. We needed to have our vehicle hauled to Öztek Kartal. After 10 days of repair, it was returned to us, just to exhibit the same issue the next day. It was once again hauled back to Öztek Kartal. I'm exhausted from continuously taking my allegedly guaranteed vehicle to the service center. All of these instances are recorded in the service records. I am now convinced that there is a manufacturing flaw in the vehicle, and I am requesting either a replacement with the same model or a refund. I will take legal action to protect my rights and demand a replacement vehicle.
