Broken Engine On A High Way While Driving Peugeot 3008

We bought a Peugout 3008 on November 2024 from Cetas Corlu Tekirdag in Turkey for our company. Mid Lune 2025, car's engine was broken down on the high way dengerausly while it was being driven by one of our manager. It was taken by the service comany in İstanbul and then to Corlu Cetas service. They decided to order a brand new engine from France, one two month later, they could not run the car with brand new engine as well. They ordered one more spare part from France, they could have not run until September. We lost our confidence to that car, wanted to return it back to Peugout. Peugout Turkey office people called probably 4-5 times and repeatadly said our request is in process. We sent email to the GM in Turkey as well as to France, no reply. We were given a Nissan substitude. The owner of the company called our responsible person and threaten him if we do not return this car back. We had return it back. Monday is September 15 and Çetaş is asking us to take the repared car back. We lost out confidence to that car and definitly want to return it back with full refund from the sale price of brand new of the same brand. We wrote emails to the commany, left messages to their social media accounts, talked to them over the phones. Customer satisfaction and loyalty can not be established and sustained by selling a car by so many advirtisement and return back the customer after sale. We are totally dissapointed.
