Peugeot Dealer Delivers Damaged 3008 & Refuses Replacement
I'd like to inform you that the brand new 3008 model car I purchased from the Stellantis Peugeot Istanbul Mepa dealer on April 26, 2024, was attempted to be delivered with damage. After immediately requesting money and getting full payment up front, they issued the invoice and registration for the car that had not yet arrived at the dealership. On May 8, 2024, they phoned me to the dealership and said my automobile was ready for delivery; however, they added that the car's hood had been broken on the way and asked whether I would still accept it in that condition. I'm filed a complaint against the dealer who, after selling and registering the automobile, offered a faulty product and made no attempt to resolve customer displeasure.
