Pers Investment Took My Money by Manipulating Their Platform and False Promises
I am complaining about Pers Investment . I lost a substantial amount of money as well. They manipulate their platform however they want, raising and lowering values as they please. For example, if you have $10,000, it suddenly becomes -$10,000, and they tell you, "We can recover this, just deposit another $10,000, and we'll return the money and get you out by the evening." If you have the money, you deposit it, and if not, you borrow it. As they promised, they recover it, and you feel relieved, thinking you’ve saved your $20,000 by the evening. However, the company isn’t doing this out of the goodness of their hearts. They tell you there's a requirement to trade a certain number of lots. Then they start trading themselves, buying and selling. It takes about 20 days to reach the 50-lot requirement. Just as you think it’s over and you're about to get your money, they say, "Oops, how did that happen? The trade went wrong," and your $20,000 drops to $15,000 or even $20,000 in losses. They keep taking and taking, and they call you non-stop, day and night. They’ll say they’re sending you an IBAN, but when you ask which IBAN, they say, "Hurry up, your account is gone, where are you?"
These people are not just running an underground illegal operation; I can’t even bring myself to call them a company, they're untrustworthy. Check the SPK (Capital Markets Board) website. These people have no registration. Their website has been shut down 20 times in the last month, but they instantly open another one. It’s no different from a gambling site. You enter with $10,000 and think you've made a 5% profit by the end of the day, but when things go wrong, how does it suddenly become -200%? Before you even realize what’s happening, you start contemplating suicide. Please, don’t send them any money. Legal action is useless. They’ll say they’ll resolve it but don’t believe them. They might send back a small amount, say it's all over, and then cut you off. The company uses fake names, and everything is a lie.

Bu yazıyı okuyan kardeşim, ne derlerse desinler hepsi yalan dolan. Bunlar paraları alıp gününü gün ediyorlar. Senin ailen dağılmış, ocağın batmış, araban gitmiş, umurlarında değil. CİMER'den şikayet her gün yazıyorum, isimlerini telefonlarını paylaşıyorum. Mahkemeye sunulmuş dosya var, her gün yazmaya şikayet etmeye devam edeceğim.
Pers Yatırım tarafından bilerek ve isteyerek mağdur edildim. Defalarca teminat istediler, her defasında 'iade alıp size göndereceğiz' diyerek beni büyük zarara uğrattılar. Hem suç duyurusunda bulundum hem de CİMER'e yazdım, ancak hala bir sonuç yok ve hala beni arayarak 'şimdi size yeni sıra geldi, yardımcı olacağız' diyorlar. 'Ben başkası değilim, bana güvenin, size benden başkası yardımcı olamaz' diyorlar. Daha önce de ç*** diye biri başladı. 'Sizi risk yönetim sorumlusu ç*** Bey'e yönlendiriyorum, o size yardımcı olacak' dediler, o daha beterini yaptı. O da sözde cio müdürmüş k*** Bey, o da para istedi. Benim sorunum çözülmedi. Aylardır bunlar para almadan, teminat almadan kimseye bir kuruş vermezler. Az miktarda alırlar. Sonra kaybettirip 'sizin paranızı iade alacağız' derler, piyasaya gitmesin. Ondan sonra kolunu kaptırdığında iş bitti, geçmiş olsun. En son bittiğinde de 'sana yardımcı olacağız' derler. Bonus koyup birkaç gün harçlık gönderirler, sonra da 'tamam, yapacağımız bu kadar, kumar oynayıp kaybettiniz' derler.
