Pers Investment Took My Money but Refused to Refund Me

I made an investment through Pers Investment with Ç*** Ö*** via the internet. Before investing, I was verbally promised a 100% withdrawal guarantee, and based on that assurance, I liquidated all my funds. However, when I attempted to withdraw my money after the transactions, I faced serious issues and ended up losing approximately $160,000. I reached out to Pers Investment and Ç*** Ö*** multiple times to resolve the matter, but every time I was asked to deposit more money, so no progress was made, and I was unable to recover my funds. No written contract was provided—only a verbal guarantee. My grievance has been ongoing for about a year with no resolution offered. I demand a full refund of my funds, without any lot conditions or deductions.
