Pers Investment Mismanaged My Account and Caused Me to Lose $12000 Despite Promises
I recently opened an account with a balance of around $200 in Pers Investment. I was being called so often at that time and they wanted to find solutions to all my problems. Then I had a profit/loss situation and my account was reset. Then I sent an additional $300. Again, my account was reset due to a transaction error. My consultant Ms. E*** said that I could get a refund of almost 30% more than the amount I would deposit and that the refund could be withdrawn for a certain transaction. We made an investment of around $3500. However, my account was reset due to another transaction error. Up until this point, I accepted everything as normal. But I panicked because of my big loss. Ms. E*** put me in touch with someone called Mr. Ç*** and Ms. E*** said that she would manage the account herself, there would be no loss anymore and all the transactions she would make would be checked by Mr. Ç*** and unfortunately, I trusted her and made another investment of $5000 and then $7000. In such a panic, even though I did not do anything, they asked me for another $3000 saying that the transactions made could not be recovered and unfortunately I sent it again believing it. I was told that $5000 would be paid to me two days after this last so-called sending and $2000 a week later. As a result, my account was reset to zero again and I was the blamed party again. Right now, there is a Pers Investment that does not call me or ask me questions and blames me when I ask what the situation is. How could I have suffered a loss of $12000 while my account management was with investment consultants. In addition, it was not possible to recover the account, why was I asked for $3000? I am currently a victim who has incurred a huge debt. Since most of these conversations were conducted as correspondence, they are recorded by me. Gibi ifadelerle paranız puf olacak.
Firma ile daha önce yukarıda yazdığım sebepler nedeni ile yaşadığım sorunlar sonucunda buradan birkaç sefer sesimi duyurmaya çalıştım, ama ne hikmetse buradaki yazılarım bir şekilde ortadan kayboldu. Sonrasında farklı mecralarda da sesimi duyurmaya başlayınca firma bana geri dönüş yaptı ve şikayetlerimi kaldırmam koşulu ile bana Bonus ekleneceğini ve işlemlerime devam edebileceğimi söylediler. Hatta aramızda sözde yazılı bir sözleşme bile yaptık. Sözleşme gereği ben hiçbir mecrada artık firmayı ve kişileri şikayet etmeyecektim. Tabi ben para kazanmaya başladıkça, onlar sözlerinde durmayıp paramı vermemeye başladılar. Sonrasında yine sözde yatırım danışmanları benim kendi başıma bir şekilde para kazanmaya başladığımı gördüklerinde olaya müdahale edip 1-2 işlemde paramı sıfırladılar.
Muhtemelen kendileri zaten işlem yaparak para kazanmıyorlar, hatta girilen işlemi açmıyorlar bile. Kendi basit ekranların da işlem açılmış gibi görünüyor lakin, fiyat sağlayıcılarında açtıkları işlemleri gösteremiyorlarmış. Tüm yazışmalarımız ekran görüntüsü olarak elimde.
Bende artık sözümde durmayarak tüm mecralardan sesimi duyurmaya, firmanın amacını yazmaya devam edeceğim.
Defalarca iletişime geçmeye çalıştım ama nafile. Zamana bırakıp, artık paranızın puf olduğu, geri dönüşü olmadığını size inandırmaya çalışıyorlar.
