Pers Investment Misled Me With False Promises and Denied My Refund Request

Erol Bey from Pers Investment customer services contacted us after the complaint. He said the transactions were being reviewed and he would get back to me within a few days. I hope my justified complaint will be examined by accurate and honest authorities and my money will be refunded. When there is progress, I will share it here again.

Unfortunately, Mr. Erol from customer service could not help me with the refund. He suggested loading credit for about half of the money I deposited. In return, he asked me to sign a declaration that I would withdraw my complaints and said that I could withdraw the money I earned with this credit, and since I did not accept this, he cut off communication. He is now neither answering my calls nor my messages. Afterwards, I wrote to the e-mail address of Pers Yatırım. I received a similar response from there. They only increased the credit amount by 50%. They asked me to sign a declaration again. This time, I signed and the credit was defined. I requested a new expert. We started to open a transaction with a person named İlker Karagöz. On the second day, he gave very high-risk transactions with collateral. I stated that these volumes were very high compared to my collateral amount and I opened a transaction with a lower volume. He called me immediately and warned me that I should open transactions with the volume he gave. I stated that this was very risky and that what happened to me before would happen again. All of these are recorded in the WhatsApp correspondence. But despite this, he pressured me by stating that my account was in VIP status and that there would be no problem if I opened it. Of course, the result was clear afterwards, the transaction went the other way and the account was stopped. You should be the one not to lose your money to Persian Investment. This is a system based on organized fraud from beginning to end. May my money be a sin.

Yine beyan imzalamamı istediler. Bu sefer imzaladım ve kredi tanımlandı. Yeni bir uzman talep ettim. İlker Karagöz isimli şahısla işlem açmaya başladık. Daha ikinci gününde teminatı çok yüksek riskli işlemler verdi. Ben bu hacimlerin teminat tutarıma göre çok yüksek olduğunu belirttim ve kendimce daha düşük hacimde işlem açtım.
