Perabet Unresolved Funds and Withheld Poker Money

I transferred my funds from Piabet to Perabet with the intention of playing Klas Poker; however, much to my dismay, they took possession of my funds. When I contacted customer service, they told me that Klas Poker had taken possession of my funds, but I didn't believe them. After a month has passed since I reluctantly made the transfer, they still have not refunded the money to my original deposit account. On the site, my user name is "j***." I respectfully request the return of my funds. It's been far too long, and I humbly request that you finally reimburse me for the money I owe you. Throughout this ordeal, I have been kept at an unnecessary length for a variety of reasons.
