I found a tiny winged insect in my 2.5-liter Pepsi bottle with the batch number 2246CR2503241(Ş). Not only did my entire meal get ruined, but my faith in the brand was completely shattered. As someone who drinks 2.5 liters of Coke every day, I find it revolting. I will be filing complaints with the appropriate authorities. Let everyone know who needs to be informed.

A worker who said they were calling on behalf of Pepsi yesterday asked where I got it from. When I mentioned the market, they said they knew it. They directed a delivery person to pick it up and just told them to take it. They asked me to leave it at the market, and when I said they needed to give me a receipt for the pickup, they said they hadn't been told anything like that and would call their regional manager and get back to me. However, there was no follow-up. Does someone need to get hurt for you to take this matter seriously? If I had been poisoned by this cola or contracted a different virus, who would have been responsible? Is the giant PepsiCo brand this indifferent to such an incident? They called again the other day, saying they would come to pick it up and that we should bring it down when they arrive. Since I wasn't home, they called my spouse. My spouse, who works from home, said that they couldn't go downstairs and asked if they could pick it up from the apartment door. After agreeing, they didn't come to pick it up again. Please give me your central address, and I will bring it myself, really.
