PeP Is Misfortune, What Was Promised Isn't Given/My Money Is Lost!

PEP (Paladyum Electronic Money and Payment Services Inc.) is a financial institution that promotes itself with flashy ads like “50% of your membership from PeP!” or “20% cash back on spending from PeP!” However, based on my 3-month experience, I can say that campaign rewards were never delivered unless I filed a complaint through some channel. Most recently, the money I sent to my PeP account went missing a day ago. I provided the bank receipt and all the information they requested. Despite the urgency of the issue, there is still no clear update or solution. They told me to wait for an email response. So yes, I now have complete confidence in this company—clearly, that’s sarcasm.
