Pep App Lacks a Delete Account Option and Ignores Email Requests

I want to permanently delete my personal account on the Pep mobile app just like anyone else, but it isn't possible to do so through the app. A few months ago, I tried following the necessary steps in the app to close my account, but the account deletion option and button simply aren't visible.

Because of this, I reached out to Pep via email to request that my account be permanently closed, but I never received a response. Having no option to delete my account within the app and getting no reply to my email has left me in a very frustrating position.

I am requesting that Pep make the account deletion option accessible in their mobile app and permanently delete my account as requested.
