Pegasus Hamburg-Istanbul Flight - Damaged Luggage and Unsatisfactory Response

On August 13th, during our flight from Hamburg to Istanbul, both of our bags were damaged. We filed a report (Pegasus 10893163), but despite our repeated follow-ups and calls, the response we received was nothing short of a joke. Pegasus informed us that, "The photos of the two damaged bags you provided have been reviewed, and it has been determined that the damage falls under repairable scope." Are we repairing shoes here?
My luggage is no longer in its original condition—one has a broken wheel, and the handle is torn off. Why would I opt for a repair that cannot restore the luggage to its original state? Does my luggage need to be completely split in half with my belongings scattered everywhere before I can get proper compensation?
This is unacceptable, and I am requesting a full resolution, not just a temporary fix.
