Pegasus Flight Delay Issue Unresolved
My flight did not depart at the scheduled time. Everyone has plans and commitments. If the flight is not going to leave at the specified time due to a delay, why are tickets being sold for that time? The necessary pre-flight checks should have been completed beforehand, but they were done at the departure time, causing numerous passengers to wait.
When I checked my ticket details on the Obilet app, it stated, "Your flight has occurred," yet we were kept in the waiting lounge. Pegasus has once again shown us that they do not prioritize passenger rights. I am seeking an explanation for this inconvenience.
