Pegasus Double Ticket Charge Issue
On 01.08.2024 at 07:55, I purchased my ticket and later changed it to 01.08.2024 at 10:10. Due to my work being delayed, I wanted to postpone my flight by 2-3 hours. I was charged for the initial ticket, and an additional ticket fee was taken for the time change. Moreover, no refund was made to my account. If this is the rule, why wasn't I informed when I bought the ticket? I would have known that I had to pay an extra fee on top of the ticket I purchased. I hope Pegasus finds a solution to this soon and at least refunds half of the money I paid. Otherwise, I will file a complaint wherever necessary.
