Pegasus Airlines Lost Luggage During Connection, Left Us Stranded

They mishandled my luggage during my recent Amsterdam-İstanbul flight on 02/12/2023. Unfortunately, it appears that my luggage has been misplaced or lost during the journey, and the response from the airline staff suggested that such incidents are not uncommon for flights originating from Amsterdam. This has left me and my 1.5-year-old son in a precarious situation, stranded in a city far away from our hometown without our essential belongings. They offered no good solution seeing us in a very difficult situation.
