Pegasus Airlines In-Flight Travel Issues
During our Pegasus Airlines flight from Rome to Sabiha Gökçen (PNR: 6YCV2S), there was such a strong smell of food and kitchen odors in the cabin that my spouse experienced severe breathing difficulties. We endured the entire flight in unbearable conditions due to this overwhelming smell. Another passenger even had a breathing crisis on board. My wife spent the whole journey coughing and struggling to breathe. When we informed the cabin crew, they dismissed our concerns by saying, "There is nothing we can do, we will have to travel with this smell." On top of that, when we requested a 0.5-liter bottle of water due to my wife’s breathing difficulties, we were charged ₺115. We barely made it through the flight and had to go directly to the hospital for an IV treatment. After this terrible experience, the response to our complaint form was nothing but a condescending and dismissive message: "Thank you for sharing your experience with us." We demand a full refund of our tickets as compensation for the distress we endured.
