Pegasus Airlines Flight Change Problem

As a Pegasus premium member, I recently bought a ticket through a campaign and chose to move my return flight. But when I tried to rebook, I got an error message saying that there were no open seats on any routes. When I looked for regular tickets, seats were available for the same days, which I found strange. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but they just told me they couldn't help and that I should fill out the contact form. This lack of service is not good enough, especially since I'm a premium user. I want Pegasus to move right away to fix my flight changes and give me better customer service. Thank you.
