Pegasus Airlines Delayed My Flight and Made Me Miss My Connection

First, the flight was delayed until 00:25. Then, the time was changed again to 01:40. Without informing anyone, the gate was also changed from 63 to 201. We had a connecting flight in Hurghada, which we missed due to these delays, costing us money as we had to book another flight. No information was provided by the ground staff, who were the worst we have ever encountered in Antalya, Turkey. When we boarded the flight, we informed the head cabin crew that we expected free drinks for the inconvenience. They only offered a small cup of water and a tiny cake worth ₺3 in a shop—how ridiculous. After waiting through a 3-hour delay with no updates and a gate change, we feel completely let down. We are now considering no longer using Pegasus Airlines. We demand a refund for the inconvenience and compensation for the €200 we lost on our connecting flight. If not resolved, we will share this experience on Facebook and other platforms. It feels like tourists are not valued in Turkey, as they seem to prioritize their own citizens.
