Missed Connection on Tallinn-Antalya-Istanbul Flight – Airline Ignoring Requests for Help
We were informed that there was a missed connection on our Tallinn to Istanbul flight with a stop in Antalya, meaning we would miss our connecting flight to Istanbul. The next available flight to Istanbul is 9 hours later. We requested that the airline transfer all three of us to the next flight and provide either hotel accommodation or lounge access to rest during the long wait, but no one has helped us. Emails go unanswered, and we’ve received no response at all. This lack of support is extremely frustrating. I urgently request assistance, and if this continues without resolution, I will pursue compensation for all my delayed and disrupted flights, including the missed connection.
Here are my flight details, and the same flights are available for my spouse, Betül Duran Özekinci. I am requesting the same rights for my spouse's flight as well.
