Car Seat Lost by Pegasus Airlines During Flight to Tirana - No Resolution After One Month
On August 5, 2024, we flew from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Tirana Airport in Albania. We checked in our car seat as baggage, but upon arrival in Tirana, the car seat did not arrive, even after waiting for 2 hours. We landed at 2 AM, and there was no representative available for filing a report or assistance.
We filed a lost item report and were later told that the car seat was sent to Tirana three days after our flight. However, we received no prior approval or notification regarding this shipment. It has now been a month, and we still have no updates or information. We are baffled by the system in place at such a large airline. Our situation remains unresolved, and we were told we have no compensation rights due to the lack of a report. We will be reporting this complaint to all relevant authorities.
