I booked the Sabiha Gökçen to Erzincan flight, scheduled for 8:35-10:25, with PNR TP5EVB. Upon reaching the Erzincan skies, the pilot announced that due to poor visibility, our flight would divert to Erzurum. After landing in Erzurum, we endured over an hour of waiting inside the plane, receiving only a meager snack of one cake and one water bottle. The entire experience was a disaster. If visibility was an issue in Erzincan, why wasn't the flight delayed instead of diverting? This situation caused me to miss an important exam. There were no apologies offered, making it one of my most significant grievances. The provided snacks were insufficient; we've been on the plane for 3.30 hours, yet received only 1 cake and 1 water bottle. I demand a response and appropriate action to address this situation.
