On June 13, I flew from Erbil to SAW and then from SAW to Adana. When I arrived in Adana, I discovered that one of the wheels on my suitcase was broken. I called for an official while still at the baggage carousel. They took a picture and made a report. I asked what would happen next, and they said they had filed a report. I asked if I had to continue like this and if they were sending me off with a broken suitcase. The representative dismissively replied, "I'm not sending you off, Pegasus is."

Later, when I received no response, I submitted a claim online, but I haven't received any reply. This company is truly irresponsible.
