Received Broken Luggage After Pegasus Flight – Need Compensation for Damaged Bag


Yesterday, we traveled from the Netherlands to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines, and unfortunately, we received our luggage in a broken condition. This has never happened to us before, so we weren’t sure what to do and just took a photo of the damage. When I got home, I tried contacting customer service, but no one responded. Now, I’m left wondering if my broken suitcase is just going to end up in the trash for no reason.
Pegasus Airlines, please address this issue and compensate me for the damage to my luggage. Thank you.
