Dear Concern, On 23rd Nov '25, my wife & my three kids were travelling from Edinburgh to Karachi via SAW airport. Their PNR code was: 1HEAJ3 They were boarded on time, but the flight took another 45-50 minutes to take off and was on the tarmac for some unknown reason. They landed safely at SAW airport, Istanbul, but it was later than planned, and we rushed to the designated gate, only to find out it was closed and we were denied boarding. Though there were 10 minutes in the flight. There were more than 8-10 people who missed the flight because of the delay and we were asked to get a Turkish visit visa for an overnight stay in Istanbul. Pegasus representative arranged a hotel and we were shifted to the hotel after almost 2 hours. We were told to share the QR code with you via email for reimbursement of visa fees.
