On October 23, 2025, I tried to download a file through Pdfsimpli. I was prompted to create an account in order to download the file for free. However, after signing up, I was then asked to pay a fee to complete the download. I do not find this practice acceptable.
I did not make any payment and did not share my card information. During the registration process, I was assigned the ID number 87462864. I have not yet contacted customer service regarding this issue.
I am requesting that my account be completely deleted and that I be informed once this is done.
