Today, I noticed that ₺39 was withdrawn from my account by the PDF Smile website, even though I never started or approved any subscription. During the payment process, I was not given any customer ID, subscription number, or confirmation details. After the transaction, no subscription was activated under my account, and I did not receive any access to paid services. Despite being charged, I received nothing in return.

I immediately tried to reach PDF Smile customer support to resolve the issue, but I could not get any assistance or meaningful response. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with this service, and it left me both frustrated and concerned about how easily unauthorized charges can be made.
