On 3 April 2026, an amount of 49€ was charged to my NBG Mastercard by “thepdfaid” without my permission. Some time before this, I had made a one‑time payment of 0.95€ only to use the service once, and did not agree to any further or recurring charges. I consider this 49€ transaction to be unauthorized. I am currently in contact with my bank, but it is still unclear whether I will get my money back. I request an immediate full refund of the 49€ that was charged without my consent and confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
